    Cost: free for seniors older than 60 who are currently receiving or eligible for
    Supplemental Security Income, public assistance,
    food stamps, or Section 8 housing subsidies
    or whose income is less than $1,603 if single or $2,158 if married.
    One coupon booklet will be distributed per household and
    may not be mailed or received by proxy
